African-American Health Coalition Brochure
Cook Communications created a brochure summarizing the FLHSA African-American Health Coalition’s “What’s Goin’ On?” report, which gave insights into the most pressing issues facing African Americans in the Finger Lakes region. Issues include the fact that African Americans suffer disproportionately from a cluster of co-existing health problems that contribute to the onset of hypertension, heart disease, stroke and diabetes. Cook Communications wrote and edited copy and created the graphic design and layout of the brochure.
